1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of curated wellness gifts, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. This ensures the safety, quality, and integrity of every item we send out.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are here to help.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• your order number
• a brief description of the issue
• clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
Once reviewed, we will:
• replace the damaged item, or
• send a replacement gift, or
• issue a refund where appropriate
We want every recipient to feel cared for.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for:
• stolen packages
• packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout
If a package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), we will work with the carrier to locate it or determine next steps.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
5. Corporate & Bulk Orders
Corporate and bulk orders often include:
• customization
• reserved inventory
• personalized notes
• special sourcing
For this reason, all corporate and bulk orders are final sale once approved.
If an issue arises, please reach out — we always aim to find a thoughtful solution.
6. Order Changes or Cancellations
Because we begin preparing gifts quickly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted.
