We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, product availability may change and substitutions may occur for gift boxes if an item is out of stock (we will replace with an item of equal or greater value).

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and you are authorized to use the payment method selected. Your order may be cancelled if fraudulent activity is suspected. Payments are processed securely through third‑party providers.

4. Corporate & Bulk Orders
Corporate and bulk orders may require custom timelines, minimum quantities, approval of artwork or personalization.
Once approved, these orders are final and non‑refundable.

5. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Luume is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer or lost or stolen packages after delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of curated wellness gifts, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
